Like a good glass of wine as Jesus comes to the rescue of his mother's plea for a weddings happiness, good spirituality has a vintage quality to it as we seek to enter into the essence of Christ's deeper Gospel meaning of the abundant life! And this includes as well in the midst of difficult times and places of a certain Celtic spiritual hardiness of support and encouragement throughout history and as we are going through globally at the moment.

Those involved with the Community of Aidan & Hilda seek to offer that very message within the context of Celtic history and Christian tradition. It is indeed a vintage style spirituality that attracts people of good will and places of beauty and harshness on the outward and inward landscape whether in the UK home base on the Lindisfarne Island or here in Canada, as we will seek to share on this web site.
